Texas sheriff: ‘Ambush’ during filming of music video leaves 2 dead, 7 wounded – Fox News

Two individuals ended up fatally shot and 7 other folks wounded when they were being “ambushed” even though filming a music video clip close to Houston, Texas authorities claimed Saturday.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez claimed one particular of the wounded was in significant affliction. He revised the full number of gunshot victims in the Friday evening capturing to nine just before eight a.m. Saturday. Preliminary experiences had the number as two lifeless and two wounded.

Gonzales claimed deputies responded to a simply call reporting a drive-by taking pictures close to nine:thirty p.m. Friday.

“A group of Hispanic males (in their 20s) ended up filming a new music video clip in the parking good deal when mysterious suspects potentially drove by and opened fireplace on the team,” the sheriff said on Twitter.

The parking whole lot was located in a residential neighborhood in Harris County in close proximity to the intersection of Berwyn Push and Sensible Road.


The capturing scene stretched a number of blocks, Gonzalez said, and it wasn’t promptly obvious what led to the taking pictures.

“There ended up other motor vehicles that were being staged there and we believe that they have been filming some style of audio movie when, all of a sudden, generally they were being ambushed, we believe by persons in vehicles and/or foot that fired shots into the parking lot place,” Gonzalez told reporters at the scene.

It wasn’t very clear how quite a few men and women opened fireplace.
