In response, Moon’s business office said the South would no for a longer period accept “unreasonable behaviour” by the North.

Yoon Do-han, a spokesman for the presidential Blue Home, said Kim’s criticism of Moon was rude and senseless and “fundamentally damaged the trust designed by the two leaders.”

Troop moves

In a different KCNA report on Wednesday, a spokesman for the Basic Staff members of the (North) Korean People’s Military (KPA) reported it would dispatch troops to Mount Kumgang and Kaesong around the border, exactly where the two Koreas previously carried out joint financial assignments.

Police posts that experienced been withdrawn from the intensely fortified Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) would be reinstalled, though artillery models in the vicinity of the western sea border the place defectors often send leaflets would be reinforced with the readiness warn heightened to the stage of “best-course overcome duty”, the spokesman explained.

North Korea will also resume its possess propaganda marketing campaign, sending anti-Seoul leaflets across the border, he added.

“Places favourable for scattering leaflets from the South will open on the entire front line and our people’s drive for scattering leaflets will be guaranteed militarily and complete-likely security steps will be taken,” he stated.
