In a uncommon rebuke of a sitting down member of Congress, Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. criticized Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D) about remarks manufactured from the ways outdoors the substantial court docket Wednesday that Justices Brett M. Kavanaugh and Neil M. Gorsuch would “pay the price” for a vote in opposition to reproductive legal rights.
