Chelsea Manning recovering after suicide attempt in jail, lawyers say – CNN

Washington (CNN)Former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning is recovering immediately after a suicide try Wednesday, her legal group stated.

Her sentence was commuted by previous President Barack Obama and she served about seven years in armed forces prison right until her launch in May 2017.
